Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and educational services, all sales are final unless expressly stated otherwise.

 

Digital Products

No refunds are offered once access has been granted to:

  • Recorded trainings

Failure to use purchased materials does not create refund eligibility.

Payments for coaching services and programs are non-refundable.

  • Missed sessions are forfeited unless otherwise determined at our discretion

  • Rescheduling, if offered, is subject to availability

 

Payment Plans

Selecting a payment plan does not create a right to cancel the remaining balance.

You remain responsible for the full purchase amount.

 

Chargeback Abuse

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may be considered a breach of these policies.

We reserve the right to:

  • Dispute improper chargebacks

Refund Exceptions
