At Fitness Training Mastery, we provide digital education, coaching, and training services. Due to the nature of these products and services, our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

 

1. General Policy

All sales are final unless expressly stated otherwise.

Because our offerings include digital products, educational content, and coaching services that may be accessed immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not available.

 

2. Digital Products (Non-Refundable)

No refunds will be issued once access has been granted to any digital product, including but not limited to:

  • Online courses

  • Downloadable resources

  • Digital guides or materials

  • Recorded trainings

  • Educational products

Failure to use purchased materials does not create refund eligibility.

 

3. Coaching, Programs, and Services

Payments made for coaching, consulting, mentorship, or educational programs are non-refundable.

Session Cancellations

  • Missed sessions may be forfeited

  • Rescheduling, if offered, is subject to availability

  • We reserve discretion regarding make-up sessions

 

4. Payment Plans

If a payment plan is offered:

  • You remain responsible for the full purchase price

  • Canceling installments does not cancel the remaining balance owed

  • Missed payments may result in suspension or termination of access

 

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a billing issue, you agree to contact us first at support@fitnesstrainingmastery.com for resolution before initiating a chargeback.

Improper or bad-faith chargebacks may:

  • Be formally disputed

  • Result in revocation of access

  • Constitute breach of our Terms & Conditions

6. Limited Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be issued solely at our discretion in limited circumstances such as:

  • Duplicate purchases

  • Verified billing errors

  • Where required by applicable law

Any refund exception granted does not establish an ongoing refund policy.

 

7. Cancellation Policy

Because most services are digital or immediate-access, purchases generally cannot be canceled after completion.

If a program specifically includes a cancellation option, its terms will be stated at the point of purchase.
